Born and raised in Texas, interior designer Perry Sayles has always had a passion for architecture, history, and innovative ideas.

Drawing inspiration from a wide range of periods and styles, Perry works with clients to create updated interiors that respect the architectural heritage of the space while integrating personal elements and collections that reflect the spirit of the space and the clients’ interests.

His modern eclectic style is reflected in his use of clean lines and strong proportions. Mixing antiques and fine art with modern design, punctuated by the use of bold colors, Perry has thoughtfully designed residences for prominent clients across the US. Some recent projects include a pre-war apartment in Chelsea, an 18th century Shelter Island farmhouse, a private residence in East Hampton, and a modernist new construction in Palm Springs.

Following a successful career as a lawyer in finance, working in New York. London, and Hong Kong, Perry chose to pursue his interest in design professionally. After graduating from Parsons, The New School of Design, Perry worked on commercial and hospitality projects at Bando x Seidel Meersseman before launching his eponymous design firm in 2017.

Perry’s work has appeared in numerous publications including Architectural Digest, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, House Beautiful, and more.
